Panoramic Walk

The Panorama Walk is something of a Barmouth classic and visitors have been enjoying the views since Victorian times. As you reach the top, you’ll be rewarded with stunning views of the estuary, Barmouth Bridge and Cadair Idris.

Barmouth Bridge

Barmouth Bridge,  is an honesty toll for pedestrians to cross between Barmouth and Fairbourne. Once on the Fairbourne side, there is a path into Fairbourne itself, or you can travel up the famous Mawddach Trail along the disused railway line towards Dolgellau for scenic serenity.

Barmouth Beach

Barmouth is southern Snowdonia’s most popular seaside resort. In summer, its big sandy beach is a magnet for visitors, yet there’s so much space along miles of unbroken sands that it never gets overcrowded. Simply a beautiful natural space.

Mrs Donna Middleditch

We had a beautiful stay at Bennar Fawr. We were looking for an extra special place to accommodate all our family of 15, and we found it. The furnishings and decor are both beautiful and consistent throughout the house. The jacuzzis and sauna are an added luxury that we really enjoyed. The property is only a 10-15 minute walk from the beach where we enjoyed incredible sunsets and walks. Such a bonus! This property is extra special, with plenty of room to relax individually and gather together. The kids loved the garden and the huge kitchen and dining space is wonderful! Being able to all eat around one table was so special. The owner and property manager both went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was a success and provided excellent customer service. We made some special memories at Bennar Fawr and hopefully will be able to return to this beautiful home again to make more. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
